Now in its fourth year, the three-day preseason tournament features eight men’s NCAA Division 1 college basketball teams competing over Thanksgiving week for the prestigious title. The teams competing in this year’s Cayman Islands Classic include LSU, Kansas State, Nevada, Western Kentucky, Akron, Illinois State, Rhode Island and Tulane.
